  1. Hi there, great book and interesting read! Mass transfer theory is a subject I have a lot of interest in lately especially in waves and plasma. Also, surfing around internet I found this great book that is free for download, and has some great information about mass transfer theory. There are five parts of this book. First one is about microchannels, waves, plasma and turbulence, while hydro-dynamics, magentohydro-dynamics and electrodynamics are explained in the second part. Third focuses on mass transfer of food like rice, cheese, fruits and vegetables, and fourth part deals with applications such as geomorphologic studies. Last part introduces the issues of combined heat and mass transfer phenomena. Great source for free, check it on Advanced Topics In Mass Transfer
